Today, the support and protection of business are very much interconnected. During the COVID-19 pandemic, our country took several measures to handle and stabilize the situation.

How does the legislator respond to entrepreneurs' problems and what measures are needed to further preserve and develop business in Russia? How to enhance the effectiveness of law enforcement and observance of the rights of entrepreneurs? What new mechanisms are already being implemented to ensure the rule of law and respect for entrepreneurs' rights? How effective is the structure of interaction between business, government bodies, and civil society institutions? How has the attitude of government bodies towards entrepreneurs changed over the past five years?
